2. If the problem has been caused through misuse of the system (e.g.) putting a nappy down the toilet, Drain Tech will jet and clear the system and the client will be charged accordingly.

3. If there is a problem with pipe work, traps etc. In which case we will report the problem to your company and can offer an estimate to rectify the problem.
